This policy applies to all baking courses, workshops, and related services offered through our website, including both online and in-person (offline) classes conducted in Pune.
2. Online Courses (Pre-recorded or Live Virtual)
- No Refunds will be issued once you have been granted access to course materials or live sessions.
- Please read the course description carefully before purchasing.
- In case of technical issues (e.g., login failure, video access problems), contact us within 48 hours of purchase at forthebakersnc@gmail.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue.
3. Offline (In-Person) Classes & Workshops
No Refund for cancellations.
4. Course Cancellations by Us
In rare cases, if a course or workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, minimum enrolment not met):
- You will be offered a full refund or
- An option to reschedule to a future date or
- A credit toward any other course of equal value
5. Product Returns (If Applicable)
If we offer physical products (like course kits, baking tools, or ingredients): NO Product Return.
6. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- For UPI/bank transfers, please allow additional time depending on your bank.
